I had a delightful experience during my stay with a lovely setting near The Wrekin, perfect for a good hike, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring everything was to my liking during my time at the hotel.

the huntsman is lovely! the room we had was super comfy with a juliet balcony and good views. breakfast was yum and the staff were really friendly n helpful. we enjoyed a tasty sunday lunch too at a reasonable price!

The food was fantastic, but the twin room was cramped.

I enjoyed my stay. The food was exceptional and the service was friendly. My room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water. There was ample parking available as well. I'll definitely return.

the food at the huntsman was just wow! the evening meal was fantastic n high quality for a decent price. breakfast was phenomenal too! staff were really courteous and knew their stuff. the car park had loads of space which is always a plus.

the room was a bit warm for me, but no biggie since it was sunny outside. overall, no real issues to complain about.

The Deluxe Double Room was really comfy. The bed was soft and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and super clean. The toiletries were nice. It was also really quiet, which was surprising given the busy bar down below—totally peaceful! Good selection of teas and coffees too. Just a bit warm for me, but I opened the window, so it was fine.

The oak furniture and cozy bar created such a charming atmosphere, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. I felt right at home, and the access was safe enough for seniors like me to navigate easily.

A better breakfast selection would be appreciated.

This place is such a gem! Had a great time relaxing by the log fire in the dog-friendly bar. The food was really good, I loved the veggie burger. The staff are super friendly and attentive, making it feel truly welcoming. Only wish they had a bit more drink options, but it didn't ruin our stay at all.
